We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10:30am to 6:00pm, Wednesday 10:30am to 5:00pm and Sunday 10:30am to 2:30pm.

Can I Open an Account Without an Appointment?
Ideally, we recommend booking an appointment so a member of our team can welcome you and guide you through the process without delay.
Walk-ins may be possible depending on staff availability, but an appointment helps us prepare for your visit and answer any questions about box sizes, identification and access.

Get the Right Size Box
Before opening your account, think about what you would like to store and how much space your valuables may need.
Our team can show you the available box sizes and help you choose a practical option for jewellery, gold, documents, watches or other important possessions.

Application Form
Once you have chosen your box, our team will help you complete a short application form with your personal details and contact information.
You will also need to provide identification documents so we can complete the necessary account checks.

Biometrics
Your photograph, fingerprint recognition and facial recognition are registered as part of the secure access process. This helps ensure only authorised clients can enter the vault area and access their box.
Our team will guide you through this step during your appointment so everything is set up correctly before your first visit.

You remain responsible for knowing what you store in your box. We recommend keeping your own private record of the items you place inside.
